B.HOM Student Living in Tampa, FL is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead leasing, marketing initiatives, and team performance at our student housing community.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, coordinate campus engagement, hire and train staff, and report on performance. The role requires strong sales, communication, and leadership with a high school diploma and leasing license eligibility.

Qualificações

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tours, sales calls, and closing efforts to meet leasing goals.
• Ensure occupancy targets and revenue objectives are achieved with quality tours.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build relationships with university departments and campus events.
• Hire, train, and coach leasing team members; manage schedules.
• Track leasing performance and prepare strategy reports.
• Maintain compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support property success.
