The Scion Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Laramie, WY property. This role supports the General Manager in supervising all operational functions with a bias for action, emphasizing resident experience and team development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in living communities or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in property management systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership to attract, hire and retain talent.
• Manage property administration including tenant notices, evictions, and accounting.
• Oversee facilities and capital activities, ensure code compliance and curb appeal.
• Coordinate annual turnover and move-in/out processes with vendors and staff.
• Drive customer experience and sales initiatives, monitor feedback and respond to reviews.
