The Scion Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in supervising all business functions related to operations across a student living community. This role requires action-oriented leadership and a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced, collegiate setting.

You will manage responsibilities from talent attraction and onboarding to staff development, scheduling, and on-site operations, ensuring high morale and seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• 1+ years' experience working at living communities/property management.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with attracting candidates on and off campus and improve employee retention.
• Assist GM with training, coaching and leadership of the team.
• Manage the onsite schedule, including after-hour on-call shifts.
• Collaborate with GM to boost employee experience and morale.
