Qualifications

• Working knowledge of modern office procedures.

• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office/Windows software (Word, Excel and Access).
• Strong human relations skills and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of all room and board applications and contracts; assign rooms and manage changes and cancellations.
• Provide guidance to students, staff, and families on housing policies and procedures; manage housing communications via email, phone, and in person.
