Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Communications, Business Administration, Student Affairs Administration, Management, or related field; may consider a bachelor’s with four years related experience.
• At least three years of progressively responsible professional experience in university housing, residential life, conference services, hospitality management, or related field.
• Experience supervising professional and/or student staff.
• Experience managing complex operational processes with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational cycles such as student move-in/move-out, summer transitions, guest housing, and contract management.
• Supervise professional staff, graduate assistants, and students, providing training and leadership development.
• Collaborate with campus and community partners to support a seamless residential experience and conference housing operations.
• Develop and execute communication and marketing strategies to engage students and promote on-campus living.
• Participate in on-call crisis response and student conduct support.
