Job summary

Universal Technical Institute in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Financial Aid Coordinator to support the Financial Aid Department on campus. You will assist students and families with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and files, and triage requests across departments.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided and the campus hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work at Smyrna, GA campus — Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department.
• Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
• Check in new enrollments and create files for them.
• Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented.
• Other duties as assigned.
