Job summary

Universal Technical Institute's Smyrna Campus seeks a friendly Financial Aid Coordinator to be the first point of contact for students and staff in the Financial Aid department. You’ll provide administrative and front-desk support, assist with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across departments.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and about one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work at our Exton, PA campus -- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department.
• Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
• Check in new enrollments and create files for them.
• Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

TheFinancial Aid Coordinator is a key support partner for ourSmyrna Campus, serving as the first point of contact for students and internal teams within the Financial Aid department. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on administrative and front‑desk support, assist students and families with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment, and takes pride in accurate, detailed work.
