Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) required.
• Associate's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Two years of experience in financial aid preferred; minimum one year customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families regarding financial aid options, applications, and eligibility.
• Assist in completing financial aid forms (FAFSA, Master Promissory Note, etc.).
• Evaluate and process financial aid applications in line with policies; determine eligibility and award packages.
• Stay informed on federal/state regulations and ensure compliance in records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to support student success and conduct outreach activities.
