Job summary

Acosta Group, in collaboration with Mosaic and SpaceX, seeks student team leads to drive Starlink awareness and sign-ups on/near campus. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, manage an assigned territory, and support local recruiting and scheduling as a Team Lead.

You will earn an hourly wage plus commission, with extra referral incentives. Training is provided, and you will receive ongoing coaching and territory guidance from Mosaic leaders to help you succeed in a dynamic, entry-level sales

Qualifications

• You are a student enrolled in school and can work 15–25 hours per week around class schedule.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and a smartphone are required due to rural territories.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes to reach households.
• Start conversations about Starlink through door-to-door outreach and explain service options.
• Identify opportunities beyond front doors through events, partnerships, and community activities.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into referrals and future customers.
• Log activity, hours, and mileage in Mosaic’s field app and participate in regular reviews with the Regional Sales Manager.
