Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is recruiting for a part-time Student Business Development Team Lead representing SpaceX on the Starlink program. You will conduct door‑to‑door outreach, drive awareness in campus neighborhoods, and help families explore Starlink access while coordinating team efforts on your territory.

You will receive paid training, coaching, and support from Mosaic leaders, with base pay plus commissions and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15–25 hours per week around your class schedule, including some evenings and weekends when residents are most likely to be home.
• Reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone are required. Because territories are rural, reliable transportation is important.
• No prior sales experience is required; we are seeking ambitious, coachable students who enjoy meeting new people and learning. Experience in sales, fundraising or campus leadership is a plus.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes using maps and tools to identify households suited for Starlink.
• Start conversations through door‑to‑door outreach, explain offerings, and help interested customers order using their own referral code.
