Job summary

SpaceX, on behalf of Mosaic, seeks students for a part-time Student Business Development Team Lead to drive door-to-door outreach near campus and build awareness of Starlink. You will handle sales conversations, lead generation, and community engagement while supporting local recruiting and team coordination.

You will receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the potential to earn hourly pay plus commissions for activations and referrals. This role is a hands-on field position under Mosaic.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in school and available 15–25 hours weekly.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious and coachable.
• Flexible evenings and weekends when residents are most likely to be home.
• Comfortable with field sales, door-to-door outreach and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes using maps and tools.
• Start real conversations with residents, explain Starlink and offerings.
• Look for opportunities beyond the front door through events and partnerships.
• Grow your network via referrals and trusted introductions.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app daily.
