SpaceX, represented by Mosaic, offers a part-time field role for students focused on the Starlink Customer Acquisition Program near campus. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, start conversations, and drive sign-ups while earning hourly pay plus commissions.

This Team Lead role may include recruiting support and coordination within your territory. Paid training is provided by Mosaic and Starlink/SpaceX, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to earn referrals and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule, including some evenings and weekends when residents are most likely to be home.
• You have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone. Because territories are rural, reliable transportation is important.
• You do not need prior sales experience to be successful here. We are looking for students who are ambitious, coachable, comfortable meeting new people, and excited to learn. Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is a plus.
• You are self-motivated and dependable. You will have a manager, training, territory guidance, and a clear plan, but your success will come from how you manage your time, follow through, and keep showing up with energy and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus; plan routes and track outreach to build momentum.
• Start real conversations through door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings to interested customers.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into referrals and introductions to neighbors, family, and friends.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage; participate in regular reviews with your Regional Sales Manager.
