Job summary

Acosta is seeking student team leads to represent Starlink in a campus area, performing door‑to‑door outreach and sales with a $200 commission per qualified activation, plus $100 referral bonuses. The role is part‑time, around class schedules, and includes paid training and mileage reimbursement through Mosaic.

You will own a campus territory, start conversations, and help families explore reliable internet options while building a network for future opportunities and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in school and able to work 15–25 hours per week around classes.
• Own a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone; rural territories require dependable transport.
• No prior sales experience required; prior volunteering, fundraising, or campus leadership is a plus.
• Self-motivated with manager support, time management, and consistent presence.

Responsibilities

• Own your campus territory and plan routes using maps and tools.
• Engage residents with door‑to‑door conversations to explain Starlink offerings.
• Build community presence through events and partnerships beyond the doorstep.
• Network to generate referrals and expand the outreach within your territory.
• Log activity, sales, and mileage; participate in regular check-ins with a sales manager.
