Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Student Business Development Team Lead represented by Mosaic for the Starlink program. The role focuses on door-to-door outreach, sales conversations, and community engagement in your campus area, with additional duties in recruiting and coordinating the team.

You will receive paid training, coaching, and a path to develop skills in sales, lead generation, and territory planning while earning hourly pay plus commissions and referrals.

Qualifications

• You are a student able to work 15–25 hours per week around classes.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are important for rural territories.
• Ambition, coachability, and willingness to learn are valued even without prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by planning routes and using maps and tools to identify households.
• Start conversations through door-to-door outreach and explain Starlink offerings.
• Help identify strong student referrals and coordinate team efforts as a Team Lead.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app; regular check-ins with Regional Sales Manager.
