Mosaic Sales Solutions in Mobile, AL is seeking a student, part-time role representing SpaceX's Starlink program. You’ll conduct door-to-door outreach, generate leads, and manage local territories while earning hourly pay plus commission.

As a Team Lead, you may assist with recruiting, scheduling, and coaching in the field. This role blends sales experience with community outreach and hands-on training, designed to fit around class schedules.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule, including some evenings and weekends when residents are most likely to be home.
• You have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone. Territories are rural, reliable transportation is important.
• No prior sales experience required; ambitious, coachable students who are excited to learn will succeed.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and use maps to plan routes and outreach.
• Start real conversations through door-to-door outreach and help interested customers get started using their referral code.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into introductions to neighbors and friends.
• Log activity, sales, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and participate in regular check-ins with the Regional Sales Manager.
