Responsibilities

• Communicate with current and prospective students as frontline staff to assist with enrollment decisions.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Registration, and other departments via multiple channels.
• Update student files with contact information, status, and required documents.
• Host application workshops, FAFSA events, and information sessions with Promise Program participants and families.
• Process submitted documents and apply to correct student accounts.
• Build relationships with schools and districts and determine residency for tuition status.
• Review SAT/ACT/TSI scores and coursework to determine eligibility and exemptions where applicable.
• Assist students with FAFSA completion and explain aid options.
• Maintain and update student records across multiple programs and services.
