Job summary

Texas State Technical College is seeking an Enrollment Coach to guide students from enrollment through graduation and act as a trusted resource across departments. You will manage a caseload, answer questions about enrollment, aid, and course selection, and collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Services to promote persistence and successful job placement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide students from enrollment through graduation and support persistence and graduation goals.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and other departments to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Manage a student caseload and assist with enrollment, financial aid, and course planning.
• Utilize Early Alert to identify at-risk students and document outreach efforts.
• Perform general enrollment and administrative duties including document collection and review.
