Job summary

The Enrollment Services Associate at Carrington College is responsible for guiding prospective and enrolled students through the enrollment process, providing timely, accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct high-volume outreach, coordinate with the Student Finance team, update the Student Information System, and help students navigate timelines, required documents, and next steps toward matriculation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ SIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant information and excellent customer service for prospective and enrolled students.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Maintain and update the Student Information System with detailed notes.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and guide students through next steps toward enrollment.
• Provide timely enrollment forecasts and participate in team meetings.
