Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive accurate information and outstanding customer service. The role schedules and conducts interviews, explains programs, outcomes, and financial considerations, and tracks progression from interview through matriculation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred, Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience with Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in recruiting activities and adhere to laws and Carrington College's conduct expectations.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students and provide complete information about programs and enrollment.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and interviewed students to inform enrollment decisions and next steps.
• Support enrollment processes, timelines, and document collection; participate in review meetings.
