Job summary

Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking an Enrollment Management Specialist to support all facets of student admissions and CRM communications. You will process applications, verify residency, and counsel prospective students on admissions requirements in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient enrollment workflows, with opportunities to contribute to automated processes and digital forms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and two years of educational environment experience.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience or familiarity with admissions, enrollment, or student services.
• Knowledge of the SIS and CRM platforms (Target X, Slate) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and answer inquiries about admissions requirements.
• Process, maintain, and optimize enrollment workflows and CRM communications.
• Ensure data integrity across the SIS and related systems.
• Enter applications into the SIS and counsel students on test scores.
• Process transcripts, verify residency, and evaluate admission scores.
• Support information sessions and recruitment events.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and support yield improvement through data analysis.
• Maintain admissions data across SIS and CRM; assist with upgrades and automation.
