Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and top-notch customer service. You will schedule interviews, share program details, and guide students through the enrollment process with close cooperation with Student Finance and campus teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in fast-paced customer service, a degree (associates required, bachelors preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with prospective students and provide accurate program information.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with laws and Carrington College's ethics.
• Maintain detailed notes in the Student Information System.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to communicate next steps.
