Responsibilities

• Explain admissions process and assist with incomplete applications.
• Guide students, parents and counselors through event registration systems.
• Interact with other departments to troubleshoot and counsel on resources.
• Provide customer service to students, parents, counselors and stakeholders via phone, email, virtually and in person.
• Answer questions and provide information on college search, admission, and enrollment.
• Follow up until issues are resolved or escalated as needed.
• Work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends.
• Refer students to campus resources and navigate University information online.
• Maintain up-to-date records using phone management and student systems.
• Support cross-functional enrollment operations and process improvements.
