Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years Office Admin experience.
• Associates degree preferred with 2 years Office Admin experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft and Google suites.
• Excellent customer service and telephone presence.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily uploads and processing of online admissions applications into Colleague and assign advisors.
• Scan and index documents into the document management system.
• Respond to calls and emails for SCC's Admissions office professionally and promptly.
• Triage walk-ins with enrollment questions and direct to appropriate offices.
• Maintain advisor assignments including closures and reassignments.
• Update official records like program changes and name/address updates.
• Log prospective inquiries in the CRM/database to support outreach.
