Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in student services or higher education preferred.
• Experience with Banner or similar student information systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, front-line enrollment support to students and visitors.
• Assist with admissions, records, financial aid, residency, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
• Operate Banner and enrollment technologies; respond to inquiries.
• Support enrollment, persistence, and student success initiatives.
