Responsibilities

• Understand Enrollment Services processes for Admissions, Records, and Financial Aid.
• Process incoming documents and correspondence related to enrollment services.
• Review and verify student records for accuracy and compliance.
• Operate Banner, SLATE and related software with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and the community.
