Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years full-time general clerical, records, processing, customer service, or data entry experience required.
- Experience with Banner or similar student information systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate Enrollment Services processes for Admissions, Records, and Financial Aid.
- Process incoming documents including Admissions applications, transcripts, and financial aid documents.
- Review and process student records for accuracy and compliance.
- Operate Banner, SLATE, and related software accurately.
- Assist with transcript evaluation and enrollment processing decisions.
- Coordinate imaging, retention, and disposal of documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and staff.
