Responsibilities include reviewing records, coordinating scanning/imaging, and ensuring compliance with FERPA and state regulations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of college coursework preferred.
• Minimum two years full-time clerical/records processing or data entry experience required.
• Full-time experience in higher education or student services preferred.
• Experience with Banner or similar student information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process admissions, records, and financial aid documents accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Review and process student records for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate Banner, SLATE, Outlook, Word, Excel, and imaging systems effectively.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of student records.
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and the community.
