Responsibilities

• Process non-AR cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposits; maintain records.
• Manage processing of student refunds and athletic stipends.
• Process and direct incoming mail; monitor calls for quality assurance; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the cashiering staff and SFS team to ensure a seamless campus experience.
