Responsibilities

• Process student payments and record to student accounts.
• Handle student account inquiries and provide customer service.
• Process and record accounts receivable payments.
• Balance daily cash transactions and prepare bank deposits.
• Verify and process interdepartmental deposits from all units; maintain petty cash and change funds.
• Maintain accounts receivable billing, returned checks, and installment files.
• Process student tuition refund requests.
• Back-up for third-party invoicing; assist with collections with outside agencies.
• Audit petty cash and change funds; reconcile deposits to General Ledger.
