Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily accounts receivable operations and prepare student bills and refunds.
• Process payments, post adjustments, and handle delinquencies with stakeholders.
• Generate reports on aging, delinquencies, and cohorts for decision support.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and policy documentation for AR workflows.
