Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business with financial accounting courses.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
• Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain all accounts receivable records and related invoicing.
• Prepare and send invoices and credit memos; adjust student accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid Office to apply awards and process refunds.
• Coordinate with Foundation and third parties for scholarships and payments.
• Prepare aging reports and research delinquent accounts.
• Provide coverage for cashier duties and daily deposits when needed.
