Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting/related field; 2 years AR experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of accounting including reconciliation of financial records and applying financial aid to student accounts.
• Ability to organize and work with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Ability to work under pressure, be accurate, confidential and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with student account billing and payments.
• Process financial aid postings and apply to student accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and generate reports for audits.
• Communicate clearly with students, families, and partners.
