Job summary

Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a Student Ambassador to assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and help with move-ins and renewals in a fast-paced student housing environment.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers growth, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and exposure to a nationwide student housing platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or front-desk roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident requests.
• Support marketing and leasing activities and maintain market information.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of commissions.
