Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador in Austin to join our on-site leasing team. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, manage move-ins and lease renewals, handle deposits, and coordinate with marketing to generate leads while delivering exceptional resident service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll maintain accurate records, update reports, support outreach marketing, and participate in weekly leasing meetings.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office and online systems.
• Cultural diversity awareness and adaptability.
• Clear communication with GM and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase features and benefits.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals, payments, and marketing support.
• Support marketing initiatives, maintain market data, participate in meetings.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide community insights.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions; maintain commission records.
• Participate in outreach marketing and enforce policies.
