Job summary

Yugo Madison is seeking a Student Ambassador to handle leasing and marketing duties within our apartment communities. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires handling rentals, move-ins, renewals, and generating leads while upholding resident relations.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage documentation per company policy. The position demands flexibility for evenings and weekends and active participation in community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive with problem-solving and use of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards, and follow up.
• Prepare applications, ensure apartments are ready, and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, process rent payments, and support marketing efforts.
• Contribute to outreach marketing and maintain market information for the team.
