Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a Student Ambassador to join our leasing and marketing team. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and will manage apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, lead generation, and resident relations.

You should have administrative experience, strong customer service and communication skills, be highly organized, and be available to work 20–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and use product knowledge to showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle calls and in-person inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
