Job summary

Yugo Charleston Campus is seeking a Student Ambassador to join the campus team. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and will handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations, including managing apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, leads, and lease documentation.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, assist with marketing initiatives, and support weekly leasing activity meetings.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels in writing and speaking.
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.
• Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features and benefits.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure readiness of apartments for move-in, and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts.
