Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador to join our housing community in Pullman, WA. You will manage leasing, applications, move-ins, and renewals while delivering excellent resident service. This role involves supporting marketing efforts, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.

You will report to the General Manager and work 20-25 hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends. Prior admin experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency are essential to thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or similar environment.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online systems/databases.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients, handle inquiries, and direct leads to appropriate teams.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Maintain resident files, update reports, and coordinate move-in procedures.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities and outreach efforts.
• Support with lease renewals, payments, and community events.
