Job summary

Yugo Seattle UDistrict is a student housing leader seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing and marketing inside a vibrant campus community. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage apartment rentals, oversee move-ins and lease renewals, generate leads, qualify prospects, and process lease documentation per company policy.

The role emphasizes outreach marketing, resident relations, and accurate reporting, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or similar.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office and online systems.
• Able to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and collect rental payments.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and weekly leasing meetings.
• Maintain reports, monitor market conditions, provide insights.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions.
• Enforce policies, ensure fair housing compliance.
• Maintain office and model apartments, communicate policy changes.
• Be flexible with schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
