Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site in West Lafayette, IN. The role handles apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while serving prospective residents and maintaining community standards.

You will help manage applications, tours, and inquiries, ensuring policy compliance and a positive guest experience. Hours are 20-25 per week for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases.

• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Manage leasing paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle inquiries and maintain guest cards.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in procedures.
• Assist with lease renewals and rent collection.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and reporting.
