Job summary

Yugo Seattle is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations in our UDistrict community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, collect deposits, and help with move-ins and renewals.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work 20-25 hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proactive with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to engage with people at all levels and maintain professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards, follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient new residents at move-in.
