Yugo Seattle UDistrict is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Seattle community. You will manage rentals, move-ins, renewals, and lead qualification while delivering strong guest services and accurate lease documentation.

You will report to the General Manager and participate in weekly leasing meetings, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. This paid, hourly role offers opportunities for growth within a student-focused housing company.

Formación

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills, engaging with people at all levels.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Resilience and adaptability with cultural awareness.
• Open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle calls and inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and participate in leasing activity meetings.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for improvements.
• Manage service requests, plan resident functions, and maintain commission records.
• Enforce policies and procedures and maintain a positive team environment.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and aligned with schedule.
