The RM team partners with UA staff who manage portfolios on ongoing portfolio management and strategy, effectively leveraging prospect management policies and procedures, and strategies to achieve metrics success. We support UA topline fundraising priorities through these objectives. We accomplish this both through scheduled portfolio review meetings, on-demand training resources, and consultative office hours.
This position is offered through the Research and Relationship Management team within University Advancement, formerly known as Development and Alumni Relations. Duties will include basic online research into prospective donors, data entry, and special projects.
The student will serve as an administrative assistant and perform tasks to support the operations of the the office or department. Tasks may include: assembling materials, filing, photocopying, giving directions or information, responding to phone or email inquiries, scanning and/indexing documents, light data entry, and other general office tasks. Special projects or duties may be assigned related to specific office needs.
Communication, Professionalism, Technology and Data
This is an entry level position, little to no experience required, all training will be provided.
Time management, communication, and internet skills. Basic knowledge of Excel.
