Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in student accounts, AR management, collections or financial ops.
• Proven cash handling, reconciliations and reporting ability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student and non-student AR processes and billing.
• Manage collections, posting, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Prepare AR reports and monitor accounts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with campus partners and third-party vendors.
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
