Job summary

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee tuition billing, collections, and related cash postings. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and requires ethical, collaborative leadership and strong communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities include AR coordination with the Controller and FACTS, ledger reconciliations, analysis of tuition revenue and financial aid, and accurate net revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an educational or financial environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tuition billing and collections and related cash postings.
• Coordinate with Controller on AR functions and reconciliations.
• Enter charges in FACTS and reconcile FACTS data with the general ledger.
• Provide analysis of AR, tuition revenue, financial aid, and tuition remission.
• Support net revenue reporting and collaborate with Admissions, Enrollment, and Development.
