Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in the United States seeks a Clinical Specialist focused on Stroke Prevention in Structural Heart. You will train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and personnel on Amplatzer, Amulet, and LAA Occluder devices, while providing hands-on support during procedures.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure optimal case coverage, educate customers on device usage, and contribute to product marketing insights.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years Structural Heart or EP experience.
• Vendor credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and outcomes.
• Serve as primary clinical support for surgical coverage and in-service education.
• Educate customers on proper product usage and latest developments.
• Engage in clinical discussions and link data to messaging.
• Meet health care providers to identify clinical needs and propose solutions.
• Travel may be required up to 50%.
