Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Hubbard, TX to lead the technical planning, coordination, and execution of data center and critical infrastructure projects from concept through construction.

You will serve as the primary link between engineering, construction operations, customers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical requirements and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline and 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience.
• Experience managing technical scopes, engineering deliverables, and multidisciplinary project teams on large infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and engineering coordination for data center and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables between internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Review drawings, specifications, site development plans, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are incorporated into execution plans.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, constructability reviews, and technical solution development during project pursuit and preconstruction phases.
• Identify technical risks, design conflicts, and project challenges while developing practical solutions that support project objectives.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure engineering intent, design requirements, and project execution strategies remain aligned.
