• Participates in clinical stroke rounds with the interdisciplinary team and communicates patient progress.
• Educates staff on stroke care and best practices in collaboration with leadership.
• Optimizes stroke data collection and utilization of results.
• Collaborates with professional organizations to provide resources and staff training.
• Develops and updates patient education materials and discharge teaching.
