Ladders is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. The role partners with executive leadership to shape and execute high-impact business strategies, driving cross-functional alignment and turning data into clear recommendations.

You will model data, present to executives, own strategic initiatives, and travel to build relationships with customers and team members. Remote US-based with compensation in the $128,560–$188,900 range.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or growth roles
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise memos and executive presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across teams from individual contributors to VP levels
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills for unfamiliar challenges
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Airtable

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape and execute high-impact business strategies that support company-wide priorities. You will drive cross-functional alignment, turn complex data into clear executive-level recommendations, and keep strategic initiatives moving forward with strong accountability and disciplined execution. The position also includes hands‑on analysis and modeling to help solve unfamiliar business challenges and support decisions that improve operational outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,560 – $188,900 annually
