Ladders seeks a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic operator supporting senior leadership in translating strategy into action. This remote-first role emphasizes driving organizational priorities, executive communication, and disciplined execution in a fast-growing environment.

The candidate will surface risks and opportunities early, keep leadership aligned, and influence cross-functional teams to move key initiatives forward with analytical rigor and business judgment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or VC/PE firm.
• 3+ years at a hyper-growth technology company.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and analytical with a data‑driven approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on enabling rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the rhythm of business and manage OKR reviews and board preparation.
• Identify key internal issues and market trends to inform planning.
• Track progress against strategic initiatives and flag risks.
• Set agendas and drive discussions for leadership meetings.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve stalled decisions.
• Run special projects including market scouting and organizational design.
• Prepare materials for all-hands and board meetings.

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic operator supporting senior leadership in driving organizational priorities, executive communication, and disciplined execution across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of analytical rigor, business judgment, and cross-functional influence to help translate strategy into action. Compensation: $230,000 – $286,000 annually
